October, surprisingly saw a slight increase in home sales for area 39, which covers (Montgomery County North West) including: Lake Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, and Conroe, Texas. There were 91 homes sold for this month. The Top 3 sales come from homes in Woodforest, the Estates of Walden, and HarborSide.
